1. What 30SN Is
30SN is a news experience that summarizes major stories into a short brief and keeps source links close by. Some features use third-party websites, embeds, or live players. Availability varies by region and publisher rules.
2. Sources and Content Disclaimer
30SN does not publish original reporting. Headlines, summaries, and “truth check” indicators are derived from sources and signals. Always open the source for confirmation, especially for high-stakes decisions.
3. AI-Generated Summaries
30SN may use AI to generate 30-second summaries, student-friendly notes, translations, or voice reads. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat it as an aid, not a substitute for reading the source.
4. Privacy and Consent
30SN uses a consent-first model. On first launch you can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customize preferences. You can fine-tune categories anytime in Settings → Privacy Center.
5. Analytics, Insights, and Ads
Optional analytics and ad personalization are designed around anonymous session IDs, broad categories, region-level trends, language demand, and aggregate audience segments. 30SN does not sell private personal data. Business insights, where offered, must be aggregated and must not expose individual identity.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use 30SN for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass publisher paywalls, streaming rules, or access controls.
- Do not scrape or re-host publisher content without permission.
7. Accounts
The current build includes a local sign-in placeholder. If deployed with real accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
30SN software, UI, and branding are protected by applicable laws. Publisher content and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
30SN is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for publisher outages, content changes, or errors in summaries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected or if it is required to keep the platform reliable and safe.
11. Lead Desk (Optional)
30SN includes an optional Lead Desk opt-in form. Only submit contact data you own or are authorized to share. You can unsubscribe and request deletion using the Lead Desk tools.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. When we do, we update the version date and publish the changes.
